  • 95% of all orders are delivered within 2-4 days of processing. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.
  • If 2 weeks have elapsed, and you have still not received your order, please contact us at orders@luvlivia.com, and we will be happy to locate your order for you.

  • Flat rate shipping fee of US$ 9.99 applies to all orders..
  • If the total order value of your order is US$50 or more, Luv Livia will waive the shipping free. This means that you will be able to enjoy Free Shipping for orders over USD $50.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luv Livia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
