Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luv Livia, we want you to feel confident and in love with every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a Luv Livia gift card only.

Most returns are refunded via store credit, issued once your item(s) have been received and inspected. Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after delivery to our facility.

🛍️ Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Bodysuits and swimsuits must have their hygienic liners intact.
  • Please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or lotion when trying on garments.

Soiled or scented items will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

A 30% return processing and restocking fee, plus applicable taxes, will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

🚫 Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as to maintain the integrity of intimate apparel, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Panties and bras Hosiery Pasties and nipple covers Lingerie accessories Swimsuits Intimates sets Sale or promotional items Discounted or bundled items Items purchased using a promo code Costumes purchased in October Luv Livia gift cards Shipping fees and taxes

Final sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you receive a defective product, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

💳 Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a Luv Livia gift card within 5–7 business days.

Refunds to original payment methods, when applicable, typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

To initiate your return, log in to your Luv Livia account and request a return:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item(s), especially if defective

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and further instructions.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Luv Livia reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or non-compliance.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns sent without approval may be denied.
  • Any denied returns may be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Please allow up to 72 business hours after receipt for your return to be processed.
