Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luv Livia, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a gift card only. The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Luv Livia gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Please note: All discounted and final sale items are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty. If the item is defective, please email us with supporting photos for review.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email returns@luvlivia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item(s), especially if defective

We’ll respond with return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in its original undamaged packaging.
  • bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective liner still intact.
  • please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not be eligible for return.

Final Sale – Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties and Bras
  • Hosiery (e.g., stockings, thigh highs)
  • Pasties and nipple covers
  • Lingerie accessories (e.g., garter belts, fashion tape)
  • Swimsuits
  • Intimates sets
  • Luv Livia gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Discounted Items
  • Items sold as a bundle
  • Shipping Fees
  • Taxes

Luv Livia reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or which do not comply with our return policy. any returns that do not meet the above criteria may be sent back at the receiver’s cost, at our discretion.

Please allow up to 72 business hours for your return to be processed once received. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

A $7 return processing fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of Luv Livia.
