These Subscription Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Luv Livia Panty Trio™ subscription program. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Panty Trio™ Subscription

Panty Trio™ is a recurring monthly subscription featuring curated premium panties selected according to the size and style preference chosen by the subscriber.

Available style preferences may include:

• Thongs
• No Thongs
• Mixed Styles

Available subscription sizes may include S/M, L/XL, and 2X/3X.

Panty Trio is a curated subscription. Exact colors, fabrics, cuts, patterns, and individual designs may vary from shipment to shipment and are not guaranteed.

By subscribing, you authorize Luv Livia to securely store your payment method and automatically charge it for recurring subscription orders until the subscription is skipped, paused where available, or cancelled in accordance with these terms.

2. Panty Trio 3.0 Introductory Offer

Eligible new subscribers may receive our Buy 3, Get 3 Free introductory offer.

Under this offer:

• Your introductory shipment contains 6 premium panties.
• The introductory subscription price is $29.99.
• All 6 panties are included in the same introductory shipment.
• Applicable shipping and taxes are charged in addition to the subscription price.
• Free standard shipping applies where the qualifying order value is $50 or more.
• The introductory offer is intended for eligible new Panty Trio subscribers only.

The additional 3 panties included in the introductory shipment are promotional items provided at no additional product charge as part of the Buy 3, Get 3 Free offer.

The introductory offer applies only to the first qualifying subscription shipment and does not repeat with future monthly renewals unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. What Happens After Your First Shipment?

After the introductory shipment, Panty Trio continues as a recurring monthly subscription.

Each regular monthly renewal includes:

The Buy 3, Get 3 Free introductory offer does not apply to regular monthly renewals.

4. When You Are Charged

Panty Trio 3.0 uses a standard recurring monthly billing cycle.

• Your first subscription payment is processed at checkout when you place your introductory order.
• Your first payment is $29.99 plus applicable shipping and taxes.
• Your subscription will then automatically renew approximately once per month on your scheduled subscription renewal date.
• Each regular renewal is $29.99 plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Unlike previous versions of Panty Trio, the Panty Trio 3.0 introductory offer does not require a separate second-month subscription payment to be processed within 24 hours of your initial order.

Your actual renewal date is determined by the subscription schedule associated with your account and may be shown in your subscription management portal.

5. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more, subject to the shipping terms and promotions available at the time the order is processed.

A Panty Trio subscription order totaling less than the applicable free-shipping threshold will be charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout or applicable to the recurring order.

Adding qualifying eligible products to an order may allow the order to meet the free-shipping threshold where supported by our checkout and subscription system.

Expedited shipping, international shipping, or other special shipping services, where available, may carry additional charges and may not qualify for free shipping.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel Panty Trio at any time before your next renewal.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum subscription commitment unless a different commitment is expressly disclosed as part of a specific offer before purchase.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals that have not yet been processed.

If a subscription renewal has already been successfully processed before cancellation, that order has already been created and will still be fulfilled.

7. Skipping a Shipment

Where the skip feature is available through your subscription portal, you may skip an upcoming subscription shipment before its renewal is processed.

A successfully skipped subscription cycle will not generate the regularly scheduled shipment or corresponding subscription charge for that skipped cycle.

Your subscription will remain active and resume according to the next scheduled renewal date shown in your subscription portal unless you skip again or cancel.

A shipment cannot be guaranteed to be skipped once its payment has already been processed or the order has entered fulfillment.

8. Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers may manage eligible subscription settings through their subscription account or management portal.

Depending on availability and processing status, you may be able to:

• Cancel your subscription
• Skip an upcoming shipment
• Update your payment method
• Change your shipping address
• Change your size
• Update your style preference
• Pause your subscription, where available

Changes should be completed before your next renewal is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or entered fulfillment, requested changes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Sizes, Styles & Product Selection

Panty Trio is designed as a curated experience rather than a subscription for specific individual products.

We will make reasonable efforts to curate shipments according to the size and style preference selected on your subscription.

Exact products, colors, materials, patterns, cuts, and designs are selected based on available inventory and may vary between shipments.

Because individual lingerie designs may fit differently, minor fit variations between styles may occur even when products are labeled as the same size.

Customers should update their size or style preference before the next subscription renewal if their preferences change.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Subscription orders are generally shipped after the corresponding order has been successfully processed and prepared for fulfillment.

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided electronically.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier performance, weather, customs, address issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside Luv Livia's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate shipping address on their subscription before an order is processed.

11. Failed Payments

If a recurring subscription payment cannot be successfully processed:

• We may attempt to process the payment again.
• The corresponding shipment may be delayed or placed on hold.
• You may be asked to update your payment method.
• Your subscription may be temporarily suspended.
• Continued payment failures may result in cancellation of the subscription.

A subscription shipment is not required to be fulfilled until the applicable payment has been successfully received.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

Due to the intimate nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, Panty Trio subscription products are Final Sale.

Except for an approved defect claim as described below, subscription products are not eligible for:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds

This includes the promotional panties included in the Buy 3, Get 3 Free introductory shipment.

Sizing preference, color preference, style preference, or simply not liking a particular curated design does not make a subscription product defective.

Shipping charges already incurred are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Manufacturing or Material Defects

If you believe you received an item with a genuine manufacturing or material defect, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.

Your claim should include:

• Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.
• A description of the alleged defect.
• Your applicable order information.

Luv Livia will review the information provided to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing or material defect.

Where a verified defect is established, Luv Livia may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, store credit, or another remedy available under applicable law.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper washing, misuse, sizing preference, fit differences between styles, and personal preference are not manufacturing defects.

14. Introductory Offer Eligibility

The Panty Trio 3.0 Buy 3, Get 3 Free introductory offer is intended for new subscribers and is generally limited to one introductory offer per eligible customer.

Luv Livia may decline or cancel promotional eligibility where we reasonably determine that an introductory offer is being duplicated, manipulated, or used contrary to its intended purpose.

Examples may include:

• Creating multiple accounts primarily to repeatedly obtain the new-subscriber offer.
• Using materially false customer, shipping, billing, or payment information.
• Attempting to exploit website, checkout, pricing, or promotional errors.
• Other fraudulent or deceptive activity intended to obtain promotional benefits improperly.

Where reasonably necessary, we may cancel an ineligible promotional order, remove promotional benefits, restrict future promotional eligibility, or take other reasonable measures permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

Luv Livia may modify subscription pricing, benefits, product quantities, shipping terms, or these Subscription Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Where required by applicable law, subscribers will receive appropriate notice before a material change applies to future renewals.

Changes will not retroactively alter an order that has already been successfully processed.

17. Acceptance & Recurring Payment Authorization

By purchasing a Panty Trio subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your introductory Panty Trio 3.0 shipment includes 6 premium panties for $29.99, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
• The Buy 3, Get 3 Free offer applies to the eligible introductory shipment only.
• After the introductory shipment, the subscription automatically continues at $29.99 per month for 3 premium panties, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
• You authorize Luv Livia to automatically charge your stored payment method for recurring subscription renewals until you cancel.
• You may skip eligible upcoming shipments where the skip feature is available.
• You may cancel at any time before your next renewal to prevent future subscription charges.
• If an order has already been processed before cancellation, that paid order will still be fulfilled.
• Panty Trio is a curated subscription and exact colors, cuts, designs, materials, and individual products are not guaranteed.
• Panty Trio subscription products are Final Sale except for verified manufacturing or material defects or where otherwise required by applicable law.
