Questions? We’ve Got You.
Is my first Panty Trio really free?
Yes! New Panty Trio members receive their first 3 premium panties FREE. There is no product charge for your first Trio. You simply pay $9.99 standard shipping, unless your qualifying order reaches $50 or more and qualifies for free standard shipping.
What exactly do I get in my first shipment?
Your first Panty Trio includes 3 premium panties curated around your selected size and style preference. Your first Trio has a $0 product price — just pay $9.99 standard shipping unless your qualifying order reaches the $50 free-shipping threshold.
What happens after my free first Trio?
After your first month, your Panty Trio subscription automatically continues at $29.99 per month plus applicable shipping. Each monthly shipment includes 3 premium panties curated around your selected size and style preference.
When will I be charged $29.99?
Your first Trio has no product charge. After your first month, your subscription renews on your regular monthly renewal date at $29.99 plus applicable shipping. Your subscription will continue to renew monthly until you cancel.
Are these basic everyday panties?
No — Panty Trio is designed for women who want something more exciting than plain everyday basics. Expect premium, lingerie-inspired styles with details like lace, mesh, strappy accents, cheeky silhouettes, bold colors and flattering cuts.
Can I choose the style of panties I receive?
Yes. You can choose from Thongs, No Thongs, or Mixed Styles. We then curate your Panty Trio within that preference so you still get the fun of discovering new styles each month.
Can I choose exact colors or designs?
Panty Trio is a curated surprise, so exact colors and individual designs cannot be guaranteed. If there is something you strongly prefer to avoid, you can contact us at orders@luvlivia.com shortly after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment.
What if I need a different size later?
You can update your size for future shipments through your subscription account before your next renewal. We recommend making any size changes before your next order is processed so the correct size can be sent.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. If you do not need another Trio right away, you can skip an upcoming shipment through your subscription account. Skipping lets you keep your subscription active without receiving that month’s shipment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription through your account portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; any order already processed before cancellation will still be fulfilled. Full details are available in our Subscription Policy .
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $9.99. Qualifying orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping. Your available shipping options and final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
Can I get free shipping on my free first Trio?
Yes. Your first Panty Trio by itself is free plus $9.99 standard shipping. If you add eligible Luv Livia products and your qualifying order total reaches $50 or more, your order qualifies for free standard shipping.
Can I add other Luv Livia products to my order?
Absolutely. You can shop other eligible Luv Livia products alongside your Panty Trio. If your qualifying order reaches $50 or more, you can receive free standard shipping.
Will I get the same panties every month?
The goal is variety. Panty Trio is curated to introduce you to different premium styles, cuts, colors, textures and details over time. While occasional similarities may occur, each shipment is designed to feel fresh and different.
Can I return or exchange a Panty Trio shipment?
Due to the intimate nature of the products, Panty Trio subscription shipments are final sale. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted except where an item has a verified material or manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, contact us with clear photos so we can review it.
What if I don’t love one of the styles I receive?
Because Panty Trio is curated, not every style will necessarily be something you would have picked yourself — and that is part of the discovery experience. You can update your style preference for future shipments if you want us to narrow the type of panties you receive.
Will my package be discreet?
Yes. Panty Trio orders are shipped discreetly, with no obvious lingerie or product description displayed on the outside of the package.
Who qualifies for the free first Panty Trio?
The First Trio FREE offer is available to new Panty Trio members only and applies to the first qualifying subscription shipment. After the introductory shipment, the subscription continues at $29.99 per month plus applicable shipping until cancelled.
