Can I choose exact colors or designs?
Panty Trio is a curated surprise, so exact colors and individual designs cannot be guaranteed. If there is something you strongly prefer to avoid, you can contact us at orders@luvlivia.com shortly after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment.
What if I need a different size later?
You can update your size for future shipments through your subscription account before the next renewal. We recommend making any size changes before your next order is processed so the correct size can be sent.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. If you do not need another Trio right away, you can skip an upcoming shipment through your subscription account. Skipping lets you keep your subscription active without receiving that month’s shipment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription through your account portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; any order that has already been processed before cancellation will still be fulfilled. Full details are available in our Subscription Policy.
When will I be charged again?
Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, your subscription renews monthly at $29.99 plus applicable shipping on your regular subscription renewal date. There is no separate advance-payment charge immediately after placing your first order.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping fees apply to Panty Trio orders unless your order qualifies for a shipping promotion. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Your available shipping options and final shipping cost are shown at checkout.
Can I add other Luv Livia products to my order?
Absolutely. You can shop other eligible Luv Livia products alongside your Panty Trio. If your qualifying order total reaches $50 or more, you can receive free standard shipping.
Will I get the same panties every month?
The goal is variety. Panty Trio is curated to introduce you to different premium styles, cuts, colors, textures and details over time. While occasional similarities may occur, each shipment is designed to feel fresh and different.
Can I return or exchange a Panty Trio shipment?
Due to the intimate nature of the products, Panty Trio subscription shipments are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except where an item has a verified material or manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, contact us with clear photos so we can review it.
What if I don’t love one of the styles I receive?
Because Panty Trio is curated, not every style will necessarily be something you would have picked yourself — and that is part of the discovery experience. We recommend updating your style preference for future shipments if you want us to narrow the type of panties you receive.
